editors + bats

due to extreme internet usage and some not-so-extreme internet data,

mother has taken to hiding the modem.

this means a rather unfortunate decrease in my internet time, and blog time.

so while i live on stolen internet for a while, here is something to entertain your filthy minds.

it's an interview i did with Ed Lay from the Editors.

so for now i conclude hurriedly as any moment i may hear the "OH who left the modem on?!!!" and a sharp snapping of the plug as my laptop says to me "you are not connected to the internet'.

head vs heart

Yesterday night Sophia threw Head vs Heart, and asked BATS to contribute by doing some live art.

3/5s of BATS was armed with 12 permanent markers, 6 sheets of paper with various "inspirational images" (ranging from wolves to wizards to vomiting girls and dragons) we had desperately printed off half an hour prior, and two enormous pieces of board.

And so, with no plan and no clue, we did what we always seemed to do; "wing our way through life".

LICK IT turned 3 and had a party. It was double denim themed.
We all know what that means; double denim is notorious for inducing projectile vomiting and seizures for the fashion conscious,
and riots and cults for the fashion 'don't give a fuck's.
